MCC Support Technician

We are looking for an MCC Support Technician to join our Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) team and support the efficient coordination of maintenance control activities through accurate data management, administrative support, and operational follow-up.
This role is essential to ensuring the integrity of operational information, supporting workflow continuity, and contributing to the reliability and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update technical and operational data in internal systems
- Verify and validate information received from Engineering, Maintenance, and operational teams
- Monitor and follow up on operational tasks to ensure timely completion
- Support the preparation and maintenance of operational records and documentation
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the MCC team
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and other operational arrangements when required
- Support communication and information flow between departments
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate when necessary
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and documentation standards
- Contribute to efficient, accurate, and structured maintenance control processes
What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma (12th Grade) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in administrative, logistics, operational support, or data management roles is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and methodical manner
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and information systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic operational environment
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
