Aircraft Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our Part-145 Maintenance team and play a key role in ensuring the safety, airworthiness, and operational reliability of our aircraft fleet.
This role is essential to maintaining high standards of aircraft availability by performing maintenance activities in compliance with approved data, regulatory requirements, and company procedures, while contributing to a strong safety and quality culture.
Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, including inspections, repairs, and component changes

Troubleshoot defects and support timely resolution of technical issues

Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time

Support AOG and aircraft recovery activities when required

Complete accurate maintenance records and ensure proper documentation traceability

Ensure compliance with EASA Part-145 and approved maintenance procedures

Follow technical documentation, manuals, and engineering instructions

Apply FOD prevention, tool control, and safety standards

Report defects and technical findings

Comply with health, safety, and human factors requirements

Collaborate with engineers, certifying staff, and operational teams

Support shift handovers and contribute to continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For
-
Technical qualification in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautics, Aviation Technology, Mechanical, Electrical or Avionics Engineering (or related field)

Previous experience in a Part-145 environment (preferred)

Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, and maintenance practices

Understanding of EASA Part-145 and Part-66 regulations

Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation

Familiarity with maintenance information systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Fluency in English, written and spoken

Strong troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail
