A Marketing Specialist for assisting in various activities related to a company's marketing strategies.
This professional acts as support to the Marketing Director and can perform a variety of functions, from creating advertising campaigns to monitoring social networks.
Responsibilities
- Direct support to the Head of Marketing, cooperating in the organization of different ongoing projects
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks in order to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
- Conduct market research and analysis consumer rating reports/questionnaires;
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to collect important data (social media, web analytics, ratings among others)
- Planning, creating content, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts for the different platforms and tracking follower engagement
- Assist in the development of the marketing plan, with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Assist in the organization of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and participate in them to promote their success
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
- Draft and publish online content on the company website and social media accounts
- Draft marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to increase the company's presence in the market
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar areas
- Proficient Adobe software, a good sense of aesthetics who can develop creative ideas for print and digital projects
- Social Media and image editing, in addition to a good capacity for data analysis
- Digital and innovation skills and mindset (incl. social networks)
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language will be a plus
- Immediate availability for admission
