Maintenance Engineer - Part 145

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to join our Part-145 Maintenance Organization. This role is essential in supporting aircraft maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the continued airworthiness, safety, and reliability of our fleet.
The successful candidate will provide technical support to maintenance operations, assist with maintenance planning and documentation, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant maintenance execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to maintenance personnel regarding aircraft systems, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Review and interpret maintenance manuals, Service Bulletins (SBs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), engineering orders, and other technical documentation
- Support the implementation of approved repairs and modifications in accordance with regulatory and manufacturer requirements
- Assist in maintenance planning activities and monitor compliance with scheduled maintenance requirements
- Ensure maintenance records and technical documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Support the tracking and implementation of ADs, SBs, and other mandatory airworthiness requirements
- Assist with defect investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Liaise with OEMs, Part-21 organizations, CAMOs, and other approved organizations when technical support is required
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, compliance, reliability, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Previous experience in aircraft maintenance, engineering support, continuing airworthiness, or a Part-145 environment is preferred
- Knowledge of EASA regulations, particularly Part-145 and related airworthiness requirements
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, maintenance documentation, and engineering data
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and technical records management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in written and spoken English
