We are looking for young talent to join our Ground Operations Department through a professional internship under the INICIAR IEFP Program.

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in airport operational environments, supporting ground operations activities and contributing to the coordination and execution of daily flight operations, while developing key skills in operational control, communication, organization, and problem-solving within the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily ground operations activities and operational follow-up
  • Monitor, update, and validate operational information in internal systems
  • Assist with the coordination of processes related to flight preparation, execution, and operational closure
  • Collaborate with internal operational teams, including handling, maintenance, and operations departments
  • Support the verification and consistency of operational information received from multiple sources
  • Provide administrative and documentation support related to operational activities
  • Assist with operational communication between teams, ensuring timely and accurate information flow
  • Contribute to the efficiency and continuity of airport ground operations

Requirements

  • Minimum education level: High school diploma (12th grade)
  • Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and English (spoken and written)
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in dynamic and demanding operational environments
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Responsibility, punctuality, and multitasking abilities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Motivation and willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to handle operational information with accuracy and discretion
