Head of Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Engineering to lead the Engineering function within our CAMO structure. This role is critical in ensuring the continued airworthiness of our fleet, regulatory compliance, and the effective management of engineering activities supporting safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Continuing Airworthiness Engineering activities within the CAMO organization
- Ensure compliance with EASA regulations, OEM requirements, and internal procedures
- Manage and supervise Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), repairs, and modifications
- Oversee aircraft technical records and engineering documentation
- Coordinate with aviation authorities, OEMs, and maintenance organizations when required
- Support reliability monitoring, technical investigations, and troubleshooting activities
- Work closely with Planning and MCC teams to ensure operational efficiency and aircraft availability
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Engineering team
Requirements
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CAMO, Engineering, or Continuing Airworthiness environments
- Strong knowledge of EASA Part-M and Part-CAMO regulations
- Experience managing aircraft technical documentation, ADs, SBs, repairs, and modifications
- Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred
- Knowledge of maintenance and airworthiness systems (e.g., AIMS or equivalent)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
