Junior Financial Controller

We are seeking a Junior Financial Controller to join our Finance team and support financial planning, reporting, and control activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information.
This role is essential in supporting the Finance function by assisting in financial reporting, budgeting processes, and month-end and year-end closing activities, while contributing to process improvements and data integrity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy of financial data
- Monitor transactions and support proper accounting classification
- Assist in account reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis against actual performance
- Contribute to financial analysis and KPI reporting
- Ensure data accuracy across financial systems and reporting tools
- Support process improvement and standardization initiatives
- Assist in audit preparation and compliance with internal and external requirements
- Collaborate with Accounting and other departments to gather and validate financial data
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field (preferred)
- Up to 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling (including internships)
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Proactive mindset and ability to work under deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
