Sales Agent - STP Airways

We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in Lisbon and play a key role in supporting ticket sales and the supervision of regular flights operated by STP Airways and euroAtlantic Airways.
This role is essential to ensuring efficient customer service and smooth airport operations while supporting passengers with professionalism, responsiveness, and care throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell airline tickets and provide information on flights, fares, and services
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries
- Supervise regular flights operated by STP and euroAtlantic at Lisbon Airport
- Support operational coordination between the airport, crew, and airline offices
- Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, and passenger data
- Ensure a high level of customer service and compliance with airline procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or airport operations (preferred)
- Availability to work on-site at Lisbon Airport and Lisbon Office
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Portuguese; good command of English preferred
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
