We are looking for a Logistics Administrative Support Specialist to join our Logistics Department and play a key role in ensuring accurate warehouse management, inventory control, and efficient logistical support for operational and maintenance teams.

This role is essential to maintaining reliable logistics processes while supporting operational teams with professionalism, precision, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including reception, storage, and distribution of aeronautical materials

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels

• Verify and validate documentation related to material receipt and distribution

• Coordinate small logistical workflows and administrative tasks within the Logistics Department

• Collaborate directly with Maintenance and operational teams to ensure timely availability of materials

• Support reporting and tracking of logistical activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum education level: High school diploma (12th grade)

• High accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to follow processes in a disciplined and methodical manner

• Strong organizational skills in managing materials and documentation

• Agility in checking and validating data

• Reliability and responsibility in meeting deadlines

• Good communication skills with operational and maintenance teams

• Proficiency with digital tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and method

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or operational roles (preferred)

• Previous experience or exposure to the aviation industry (preferred)

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong collaborative attitude
