We are looking for a CAMO Administrative Support Specialist to join our CAMO team and play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, data management, and efficient administrative support for continuing airworthiness activities.

This role is essential to maintaining reliable CAMO processes while supporting Engineering, Maintenance, and operational teams with professionalism, precision, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update technical and administrative data in internal systems

• Verify and validate documentation and information received from Engineering, Maintenance, and suppliers

• Register, monitor, and follow up on administrative tasks related to CAMO, ensuring no pending items remain

• Provide administrative support to continuing airworthiness activities, ensuring accuracy and availability of essential information

• Coordinate small logistical and administrative workflows associated with documentation and operational management

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum education level: High school diploma (12th grade)

• High accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to follow processes in a disciplined and methodical manner

• Strong organization in registering and managing technical and documentary information

• Agility in checking and validating data

• Reliability and responsibility in meeting deadlines

• Good communication skills with Engineering, Maintenance, and operational teams

• Proficiency with digital tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and method

• Experience in administrative, logistics, or operational roles (preferred)

• Previous experience or exposure to the aviation environment (preferred)

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong collaborative attitude
