We are currently seeking a motivated candidate to join our Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) in an administrative and logistics support role. Requirements

  • Minimum education level: High school diploma (12th grade)

  • High accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to follow processes in a disciplined and methodical manner

  • Strong organization in registering and handling technical information

  • Agility in checking and validating data

  • Reliability and responsibility in meeting deadlines

  • Good communication skills with MCC, Engineering, and operational teams

  • Proficiency with digital tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and method

 

Main Responsabilities

  • Input and update technical and operational data in internal systems

  • Verify information received from aircraft, Engineering, and Maintenance teams

  • Register, monitor, and follow up on tasks, ensuring no pending items remain

  • Provide administrative support to the MCC, ensuring accuracy and availability of essential information

  • Coordinate small logistical workflows associated with daily operations

  • Ability to anticipate needs and prevent information gaps

  • Strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative attitude
