Operations Data Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated candidate to join our Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) in an administrative and logistics support role. Requirements

Minimum education level: High school diploma (12th grade)

High accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to follow processes in a disciplined and methodical manner

Strong organization in registering and handling technical information

Agility in checking and validating data

Reliability and responsibility in meeting deadlines

Good communication skills with MCC, Engineering, and operational teams

Proficiency with digital tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and method
Main Responsabilities

Input and update technical and operational data in internal systems

Verify information received from aircraft, Engineering, and Maintenance teams

Register, monitor, and follow up on tasks, ensuring no pending items remain

Provide administrative support to the MCC, ensuring accuracy and availability of essential information

Coordinate small logistical workflows associated with daily operations
