Customer Relations Internship

EuroAtlantic Airways is an international commercial aviation company registered in Portugal.

We are looking for young talent to join our Customer Relations Department through a professional internship under the ATIVAR IEFP Program.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales support, customer coordination, and administrative processes within the aviation sector, while developing key skills in communication, organization, and data management.


Main Areas of Action

  • Customer communication and coordination support.

  • Preparation, follow-up, and organization of contracts and documentation.

  • Collaboration with internal departments to ensure proper contract execution.

  • Maintenance and updating of internal systems and databases (clients, contracts, operators).

  • Support with logistics, travel arrangements, and expense management.

  • Contribution to continuous improvement of internal processes.


Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management, Commercial Direction, Marketing, International Relations, or similar areas.

  • Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and English (spoken and written); other languages are valued.

  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.

  • Motivation and willingness to learn quickly.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
