DEPUTY QUALITY MANAGER - COMPLIANCE

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer – Compliance with strong analytical skills, technical rigor, and a passion for maintaining and improving operational excellence.

Your Mission
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing and enhancing our Quality and Compliance systems, ensuring alignment with international standards and aviation regulations.
You’ll collaborate closely with multiple departments, directly influencing the safety, reliability, and performance of EuroAtlantic’s global operations.
What You’ll Do

Plan, conduct, and follow up on Quality and Compliance audits

Integrate and monitor Quality, Compliance, and IOSA systems

Review and update departmental manuals and standards

Plan and deliver internal training sessions

Collaborate on aircraft certification processes

Support leasing and regulatory certification procedures

Analyze and apply relevant aviation legislation and standards

Manage and coordinate training and compliance documentation
What You’ll Bring

Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality/Compliance and IOSA auditing

Strong understanding of Quality, Compliance, and IOSA requirements

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Methodical, proactive, and results-driven mindset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure

Fluency in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Availability to travel and to join immediately
