We are looking for young talent to join our IT Team through an internship opportunity. This program is designed for motivated individuals passionate about technology and eager to grow in a dynamic, global company.

Main Areas of Action

  • 1st line user support (Helpdesk)

  • Incident and request management

  • User account and access management

  • Network support and maintenance (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)

  • Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Training or studies in IT, Computer Science, or Networks (higher education or technical/professional course)

  • Passion for technology, helpdesk, and networking

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Team spirit, responsibility, and willingness to learn

  • Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory)

  • No prior professional experience required
