TALENT ACQUISITION & EMPLOYER BRANDING SPECIALIST

Your mission:
As a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop content and campaigns to strengthen our employer brand
- Represent euroAtlantic in job fairs, partnerships, and outreach initiatives
- Use data and insights to improve recruitment processes
- Create a consistent and positive candidate experience that reflects our culture
What we’re looking for:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or employer branding
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms (e.g., Teamtailor, JobTeaser, Indeed)
- Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment (a plus)
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Interest in aviation and multicultural work environments
