Your Mission
As Deputy Safety Manager, you will play a strategic role in monitoring and continuously improving operational safety. You will support safety investigation teams, ensure the integration of the Safety Management System (SMS) across operations, and collaborate with internal departments and external entities to uphold the highest safety and compliance standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Safety Investigation Teams in reviewing and following up on reports

  • Ensure program integration and risk management within the SMS

  • Coordinate with operational departments and external stakeholders

  • Review contracts from a safety perspective

  • Contribute to the analysis of safety performance indicators

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Part-IS system

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Aeronautical)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the aeronautical industry

  • Strong knowledge of Compliance and Safety Management Systems (SMS)

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)

  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and effective communicator

  • Team player, able to perform under pressure
