We’re Hiring – Head of Engineering | euroAtlantic Airways
At euroAtlantic Airways, we are looking for a Head of Engineering to oversee and drive the continuous airworthiness and technical excellence of our fleet. Reporting directly to the Board, this is a high-impact leadership role with strong regulatory, operational, and strategic responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Engineering Department and manage all aspects of continuing airworthiness and maintenance planning.
- Ensure full compliance with EASA/ANAC regulations, particularly Part-M, Part-CAMO, and Part-145.
- Supervise aircraft maintenance programs, technical records, and engineering projects.
- Represent euroAtlantic Airways in audits, inspections, and technical engagements with regulators and partners.
- Inspire and lead a team of skilled engineers towards innovation, safety, and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance or engineering, with leadership roles in CAMO/MRO environments.
- Deep knowledge of the EASA regulatory framework and aircraft maintenance systems (AMOS, OASES or similar).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with IOSA, ANAC and EASA audit processes will be considered a strong asset.
