Responsibilities:


Exchange of information with end customers
Create contracts according to commercial negotiations
Chase contracts signature and pending document
Coordinate (not create) conciliation process and spot any possible issues with end customers
Coordinate with internal departments and customers the proper execution of contract 
Update internal systems
Keep aircraft documentation handy and up to date
Keep records and files within department organized
Maintain salesforce database active and reply to non-suitable requests in coordination with director of sales.
Notify authorities of upcoming flights (FAA, ANAC,…)
Budget creation
PA to sales team
Manage hotel and transportation bookings for the sales teams for professional purposes
Expenses collection and coordination with finance team
Control database for customers
Keep data updated in system for focal points of customers
Maintain control of the whitelist for approved operators

 

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or higher
Previous professional experience in the aviation industry is a plus
Multicultural awareness with excellent interpersonal skills and a clear communication style
Strong time management skills; organized, methodical, and persistent
Assertiveness, cordiality, prioritization, common sense, and punctuality in all situations
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Capability to work under pressure and meet goals
Fast learner with a high level of motivation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
Immediate availability for admission
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable
