Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources, Management, Sociology, or related areas (preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of English
• Team player with collaborative spirit
• Immediate availability
Responsibilities
• HR Systems Management: Update and maintain employee data
• Recruitment Support: Assist in coordinating and executing recruitment processes
• Contract Management: Ensure proper management of employment contracts
• Time Management: Monitor absences, vacation, and other work-time variables
• Job Analysis & Descriptions: Support job analysis and documentation
• Insurance Management: Handle workplace accidents and other relevant insurance processes
• Internal Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR matters
