We are looking for a Compliance Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring operational safety, regulatory compliance, and high standards of quality across euroAtlantic Airways. This role is essential to maintaining reliable compliance processes while supporting our teams with professionalism, accuracy, and care throughout all operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, conduct, and follow up on Quality and Compliance audits

  • Support and integrate Quality, Compliance, and IOSA systems

  • Develop, review, and improve departmental manuals and standards

  • Plan and deliver internal training sessions

  • Collaborate on aircraft certification processes

  • Assist with leasing and regulatory applications

  • Analyze and apply aviation legislation and standards

  • Coordinate training and compliance documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering

  • 1+ year of experience in Quality/Compliance and IOSA audits

  • Strong understanding of Quality, Compliance, and IOSA requirements

  • Background in aviation and auditing is an advantage

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Assertive, detail-oriented, and collaborative

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Immediate availability to join the team

  • Willingness to travel as required
