Responsibilities:

·         Prepare, conduct, and follow up on Quality and Compliance audits

·         Integrate Quality, Compliance, and IOSA systems, and monitor tasks associated with these systems

·         Develop and revise departmental manuals and standards

·         Plan and deliver training sessions within the department

·         Collaborate on aircraft certification processes

·         Assist in preparing application processes for aircraft leasing operations

·         Analyze and apply relevant legislation

·         Manage and coordinate training processes

 

Requirements:

·         Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering

·         Experience in preparing, conducting, and following up on Quality/Compliance and IOSA audits

·         Proficient in monitoring Quality, Compliance, and IOSA requirements

·         Previous professional experience in the aviation industry and auditing is an advantage

·         Willingness to travel as required

·         Strong time management skills; organized, methodical, and persistent

·         Demonstrates assertiveness, cordiality, prioritization, common sense, and punctuality in all situations

·         Ability to work effectively as part of a team

·         Capability to work under pressure and meet goals

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

·         Immediate availability for employment
