We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Monitoring team and support the implementation and continuous improvement of our Compliance Monitoring System in accordance with EASA requirements.

This role is key to ensuring regulatory compliance across our Air Operator Certificate (AOC) operations, supporting audit activities, and contributing to a strong compliance culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Compliance Monitoring System in accordance with EASA requirements
  • Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across AOC operational areas
  • Monitor compliance with applicable aviation regulations, company procedures, and management system requirements
  • Identify non-compliances and support the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions
  • Maintain accurate records of audits, findings, and compliance activities
  • Support the preparation of compliance reports, performance indicators, and management review documentation
  • Assist during regulatory audits and inspections conducted by competent authorities
  • Support the development and maintenance of the annual Compliance Monitoring Programme
  • Monitor regulatory changes and support their implementation within the organization
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance monitoring processes and methodologies

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Quality Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering field
  • Previous experience in Compliance Monitoring, Quality Assurance, Safety Management, Flight Operations, CAMO, Maintenance, or other aviation regulatory environments
  • Knowledge of EASA regulations applicable to Air Operators (AOC environment)
  • Understanding of audit principles and compliance monitoring methodologies
  • Knowledge of IOSA standards is considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and a strong compliance mindset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Fluency in English
