Requirements

  • Education: mandatory minimum education
  • Certifications:  EASA A1, B1 or B1+B2 Licensed Engineers with either B767-300 (PW4000) / B777-200 (GE90)
  • Experience: at least 5 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance
  • Availability: to travel on missions outside the country that can reach more than 200 days per year

 

       Responsibilities

 

  • Routine Inpections: Perform daily, pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
  • Scheduled Maintenance:  Perfom schedule maintenance up to A checks in Lisbon or abroad according to commercial operation
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot problems with aircraft systems. Perform on-site repairs during flight layovers to minimize aircraft downtime. Replace faulty components and parts. 
  • Rectification of defects: including component changes within the scope of internal authorisation 
  • Issue a CRS or Sign-Off as applicable for maintenance carried out

 

Skills

 

  • Expertise in maintenance tasks, inspections, modifications and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Dealing with aviation technologies, technical documentation and schematics
  • Commitment to safety and quality procedures
  • Communication skills to coordinate with other team members and flight crews
  • Must have sufficient English Language skills
