Requirements

  • Educational Background: 12º grade or equivalent
  • English Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Availability: Immediate availability for employment 
  • Experience: In the aeronautical industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Control: Manage and monitor the allocation of crew members in different categories as needed.
  • Assess: Evaluate crew needs based on the flight schedule.
  • Planning and control: Daily crew activities
  • Management: Organize crew vacation schedules.
  • Coordination: Arrange accommodation, travel, and transfers.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to crew management.
