Flight Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Flight Operations Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting the efficiency, safety, and technical excellence of our flight operations.
This role is essential to ensuring accurate operational documentation, effective technical coordination, and high-quality support to flight operations processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Flight Operations policies and procedures in accordance with current regulations
- Maintain and update the Flight Operations library, including preparation and publication of technical documentation
- Liaise with external institutions (e.g., ANAC, Boeing, Honeywell) to provide technical support for Flight Operations
- Manage EFB applications, including operational library, performance, and navigation tools
- Oversee navigation databases uploaded into the aircraft’s FMS
- Conduct Weight & Balance studies for aircraft
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering
- Fluency in business English, both written and spoken
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Immediate availability for employment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proactive mindset with a high sense of responsibility, ethics, and professionalism
