Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards in aviation quality and compliance? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer - Compliance to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on critical quality and compliance tasks, including audits, training, and certification processes, within a fast-paced and innovative environment. Responsibilities:

•    Prepare, conduct, and follow up on Quality and Compliance audits.
•    Integrate Quality, Compliance, and IOSA systems, and monitor tasks associated with these systems.
•    Develop and revise departmental manuals and standards.
•    Plan and deliver training sessions within the department.
•    Collaborate on aircraft certification processes.
•    Assist in preparing application processes for aircraft leasing operations.
•    Analyze and apply relevant legislation.
•    Manage and coordinate training processes.

 

Requirements:

•    Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering.
•    Experience in preparing, conducting, and following up on Quality/Compliance and IOSA audits.
•    Proficient in monitoring Quality, Compliance, and IOSA requirements.
•    Previous professional experience in the aviation industry and auditing is an advantage.
•    Willingness to travel as required.
•    Strong time management skills; organized, methodical, and persistent.
•    Demonstrates assertiveness, cordiality, prioritization, common sense, and punctuality in all situations.
•    Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
•    Capability to work under pressure and meet goals.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
•    Immediate availability for employment.
