A euroAtlantic Arways é uma empresa de aviação comercial internacional, registada em Portugal,que opera aviões Boeing 767 e 777 nas mais diversas rotas no Atlântico Norte (EUA e Canadá), Caraíbas, Américas Central e do Sul, África, Médio Oriente, Pacífico, Austrália e Oceânia. -    Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction
-    Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
-    Regularly update customers about company services and availability
-    Handle customer inquiries and issues, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the designated time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
-    Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents efficiently
-    Interact with regulatory entities, ensuring compliance by fulfilling and submitting the necessary forms for both commercial and operational procedures
-    Manage and generate sales leads effectively
-    Collect, analyze, and prepare comprehensive reports on customer data
-    Create, manage, and oversee contracts
-    Coordinate and liaise information amongst various departments involved in operations to ensure smooth workflow
-    Bachelor's degree or higher
-    Previous professional experience in the aviation industry is a plus
-    Multicultural awareness with excellent interpersonal skills and a clear communication style
-    Strong time management skills; organized, methodical, and persistent
-    Assertiveness, cordiality, prioritization, common sense, and punctuality in all situations
-    Ability to work effectively as part of a team
-    Capability to work under pressure and meet goals
-    Fast learner with a high level of motivation
-    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-    Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
-    Immediate availability for admission
-    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable
