On 25 May 2018 went into effect the new General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) - Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, that establishes the rules on the protection , processing and free movement of personal data of natural persons and is directly applicable to all entities that process such data in any Member State of the European Union, including Portugal.
EuroAtlantic airways has always acted in respect of the processing and privacy of its applicants' personal data.
We have developed our activity in the area of recruitment in compliance with the legal norms and standards, and we are now reinforcing the implementation of new security measures and control.
We undertake to guarantee the complete security and confidentiality of the personal data of each of the candidates in the recruitment process and of the candidates who submit spontaneous applications, which are electronically processed. The collection of such data will be for the sole and exclusive purpose of hiring or to enable the candidate to take on other job functions that may be suitable within the open positions, or in the context of a spontaneous candidacy.
If within a period of two years we have no relevant contact with you, we will remove your personal data from our system.
